This Privacy Policy explains how BabyVita.eu collects and uses personal data. We collect as little data as possible and we never sell it.
1. Who is responsible

2. What we collect and why
- Contact form and email: name, email address, optional phone number and your message, used only to answer you (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We keep this for up to 2 years after the conversation ends.
- Server logs: IP address, browser type, date and time of access, needed to deliver the website securely and detect abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Deleted after 30 days at the latest.
- Spam protection: our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address for this purpose (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Newsletter: if you subscribe, we store your email address and your consent on our server to send you the newsletter (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). We keep it until you unsubscribe, which you can do at any time by writing to [email protected].
- External technical services: your browser loads the author image from Gravatar (Automattic) and technical files from jsDelivr, and these services receive your IP address (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Cookies and statistics: non-essential cookies are only used if you agree in our cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can change your choice at any time. Details are in our Cookie Policy.
3. Affiliate links
Some links on BabyVita are affiliate links. When you click one, you go to a partner shop or an affiliate network (for example Awin, Profitshare), which may set its own cookies to attribute a purchase to us. If you buy something, the contract is between you and the shop, and the shop processes your order data under its own privacy policy. We only receive anonymous information about commissions. We never receive your name, address or payment details. More in our Affiliate Disclosure.
4. Who receives data
- Our hosting provider in Bulgaria (EU), which stores the website and server logs.
- Cloudflare, for the security and delivery of all website traffic and for spam protection on forms.
- Email service providers used to send and receive our messages.
All providers process data only on our instructions under data processing agreements. Where data is transferred outside the EU, it is protected by EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. Write to [email protected].
You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Bulgaria this is the Commission for Personal Data Protection (KZLD), 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd., 1592 Sofia, www.cpdp.bg, or the authority in your country of residence.
6. Children
Our content is written for parents and parents-to-be. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16.
7. Changes
We update this policy when our services or the law change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
